Congratulations go to Richard the winner of this years Manic Tournament in memory of Martic Hoare (Manic). This year The Gob hosted a game called Theives run as players made their way through a maze, overcoming challenges and obsticles along the way, all of which decided by a deck of cards and many throws of the dice.

Richard just made it to the end before Bel, Greg and Tindalos to snatch victory, congratulations!!

This year a few of the club members visited Salute up at Excel. There was a whole host of games as you might expect. We had an interesting game of Pandemic, where a team of the worlds finest try to stop huge viral outbreaks around the world. Alas we failed badly but it was a fun game never the less.

As well as this was a small arena with remote controlled tanks fighting each other, we all entered at the same time and Dude came out victorious with his Tiger. One game of particular interest was Assault on Insmouth which Tindalos tried his hand at. A very impressive evolving town as more people played, and with excellent scenery and a giant Cthulhu figure emerging off the shore.
