Dr Who Battles in Time is finally on the shelves of your local newsagent.

Priced at £1.50 (Intro price) and £2.50 for every issue after that, this "partwork" TCG/CCG concentrates solely on the two series recently ressurrected by Russel T Davies and shown on BBC1.

Booster packs should be available at time of writting peiced at £1.50 for 9 cards which is pretty good value for a CCG.  Although looking a bit like a Top Trumps game each issue of the magazine will feature different variations of games, it remains to be seen if any of these are going to be any good, but the cards are pretty nice looking and I'm sure that home spun games will be created to take advantage of the different aspects of the cards.

Issues 2 and 3 will include the parts of a Tardis card case, which looks really neat, and you get a booster pack of cards as well.
